Basically - the more fat and carbohydrates you consume during a meal, the more gda+ capsules you will need to take. Below is a sample chart demonstrating how much gda+ you'll need to take based on the number of calories (grams) of food you intend on eating.
Directions:
When not to take gda+: there is no need to take gda+ when consuming a meal with protein and veggies (i.e., a low or no carb/fat meal). There is nothing you're aiming to inhibit, so therefore it would be a waste of your product.
Directions For Use: Take 2 capsules with meals containing 45-64g of carbohydrates and 8-15g of fats. Take 3 capsules with meals containing 65-84g of carbohydrates and 16-24g of fats. Take 4 capsules with meals containing 85+g of carbohydrates and 25+g of fats.
