To Cancel An Order

At FitOne we try to provide you with the most exceptional service possible. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so anytime prior to shipping. If your order has been submitted and is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order. 

To Return An Order

At FitOne our main goal is to make sure all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase! We want to make sure you are defying all limits to reach your goals. Once we get the returned product we will process your return/exchange within 24-48 hours.

For Unopened Product(s)

At FitOne we understand how you may have changed your mind due to different circumstances. We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase at all times. For unopened products as long as you return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date (not shipment date), and still in sell-able condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s). You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us. Once we receive your package we will process your return within 24-48 hours. Please complete the return / exchange form below to get the process started. We will email you directions on how to return the product(s).

For Opened Product(s)

If a product is opened, we cannot take it back.

Damaged Product(s)

Please give us a call at 908-452-5164 if you have any problems with your product so we can resolve the matter right away. If product was damaged during shipping/transit you will have to notify us the same day you receive it so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
