You always have the option to check out as Guest. The accounts are for your convenience, but not required for ordering. We will need a email address so we can send you confirmation with tracking information.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm EST usually ship the same day. We strive to make sure our inventory is up to date. If your shipment is late and you think there is a problem with the delivery, we encourage you to contact us by phone 908-452-5164 or via e-mail. If for any reason that may cause your order to have arrived later than the expected delivery date, we will notify you by E-Mail.
You will receive an email with your order receipt that also includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also login to your FitOne account and view your order history which will have your tracking info.

For unopened products as long as you return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date (not shipment date), and still in sell-able condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s). Search Box : Use the search box located at the top of every page if you already know the name of the product and/or manufacturer of the products you are looking for.
Search By Brand: On the top menu you will see SHOP BY BRAND. You can click that to see all the brands we have to offer at FitOne. Click on this link and it will take you to the brands page where you can choose from our vast database of brands organized by alphabet.
Search By Category: If you are looking for products in a certain category but are not sure of the name, and/or manufacturer you can click on the SHOP BY CATEGORY tab on the top of every page to search for a product.
Search By Goal: If you have a certain goal in mind and would like to see products that are specific to that and will help you achieve better results, you can click on SHOP BY GOAL on the menu located on the top of every page.
To add a product to the shopping cart, click on “Add to Cart” button located on each product page. This will place the product in your shopping cart, but at this point you will not have purchased the product. You can remove the product from the shopping cart at any time from the shopping cart icon on the top of every page. You can add multiple products at once to your shopping cart.
You can change the quantities of any product you already added to your cart or will be adding. Before adding the product(s) to you cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button you can click on the plus or minus and increase the quantity located to the left of the button. The second way to update the quantity is click on the cart icon on the top of any page and choose view shopping bag when you have product(s) in your cart. From here you can update the number in the quantity box and click update icon to the right of it. This will recalculate the total for you.
To remove an item from your cart, click on the red x in the shopping bag page to remove the product.
